Kelly Mc Lennan
Kelly Mc Lennan is from Cape Town South Africa, and used to be a bartender, before she became a personal trainer, HIIT & boxing instructor. Her training style incorporates a mix of HIIT, functional, strength and weight training, and almost always includes throwing a few punches – who doesn’t want to look like a badass while getting fit?
