What's included?
You know that exercise is good for your health, we've been told it since we were young, and it's true.
We generally don't lack for physcial exertion and movement when working in hospitality, spending most of our working day on our feet. That doesn't mean we shouldn't seek out a little extra exercise, which is as good for the mind as it is for the body.
In this lesson, our resident personal trainer will help you build a regular routine and give you some tips to avoid that all too common problem in our industry: back pain.
