Move Your Body

Join our personal trainer Kelly and be inspired to get active and prevent injury.

In this lesson Kelly covers some interesting facts around exercise, what happens to your body and mind when you exercise, how to build regular exercise into your daily routine, steps to avoid back pain, and how to look after your back, something that's hugely important when you work in hospitality.

We've partnered with the lovely people at Stranger & Sons to bring this lesson to you.

What's included?

You know that exercise is good for your health, we've been told it since we were young, and it's true.

We generally don't lack for physcial exertion and movement when working in hospitality, spending most of our working day on our feet. That doesn't mean we shouldn't seek out a little extra exercise, which is as good for the mind as it is for the body.

In this lesson, our resident personal trainer will help you build a regular routine and give you some tips to avoid that all too common problem in our industry: back pain.
