Rachel Young

I’m Rachel, the founder of Eat Food Right. I’ve had a lifelong love of food and always recognised its importance in creating, sustaining and maintaining healthy happy individuals. 
My approach is balanced, holistic and realistic. Life is to be lived and I enjoy nothing more than helping people to get the most out of their lives. 
Prior to completing my Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, I had careers in teaching and technology.
